1.Can we process mixed material of tire and plastic?

We don't advise it, because they have different oil yield rate and quality.

2.How many engineers I would need to employ and what the additional charges is?

For BLJ-6, one engineer is enough. And the salary one day is USD80.

3.Also can this plant take all types of waste plastic?

Except PET and PVC, the rest can be deal with.
